To celebrate the first year since the launch of the Velites Timer and with more than 100,000 active users worldwide, Velites Timer PRO is updated with major changes and functionalities that will make the app more attractive, usable and functional.

The Velites development team has been listening to users ideas and suggestions to improve it and provide it with new functionalities that will accompany athletes’ CrossFit, fitness and HIIT workouts.

These are the news:

1. NEW COACH MODE

Sweat, energy and adrenaline overflow in every CrossFit WOD. You look at the clock, hear the beep, take a deep breath, and continue to the final beep. When we are in the box, our coach encourages us to get those extra repetitions or scratch seconds to the clock. That support is necessary and helps us in the individual battle we have with our minds to continue.

This is precisely where the NEW COACH MODE of the Velites Timer PRO brings a novelty.

This functionality will indicate which round we are in, it will help us by indicating countdowns so that you can prepare yourself and it sends us messages of encouragement in difficult moments, when your head says enough, but your performance allows you to squeeze more.

COACH mode will help you take out everything your body can give.

Choose if you want to have the classic beeps or have an extra point of help and support with the new COACH mode of the PRO version of Velites Timer. With both features, cheer up just like in the box and listen to the music that motivates you the most while you train.

Velites Timer is compatible with your music from Spotify, Apple Music or other music app.

2. TABATA TRAINING WITH ORIGINAL VELITES SONGS

Tabatas, has anyone said Tabatas? With Velites Timer PRO and with a single click, you will have 2 original songs from Tabata available so you can train to the rhythm of the music.

Forget about going back to YouTube, waiting for the video to load. Just click and listen to one of the two new songs by Velites TImer PRO for those 4 minutes of training at 20-second intervals of work and 10 seconds of rest.

3. ORIGINAL SALLY UP TRAINING AND SONG – SALLY DOWN

Who has never tried to finish a whole Sally UP or has been stung with a friend?

Squats, push-ups, planks, chest… any exercise or challenge you can think of now you have it available with this exclusive integration of Velites Timer PRO.

You no longer need to open YouTube to listen to the song. Click it and put yourself to the test with the Sally UP mode of Velites Timer PRO and complete the challenge… If you can 😉

4. UP TO 4 CONFIGURABLE INTERVALS

Also and upon user request, Velites Timer PRO includes two new configurable intervals. Now the new Velites Timer PRO update brings 4 different configurable intervals. Add H3 and H4 as a novelty in case you want to do 4 different interval types within a round of work.

5. PRECISION CHRONOMETER

Finally, tenths and hundredths have been added in the stopwatch function in case you want to be precise in your times.
